Most people like to talk. But sometimes it's difficult to talk to those closest to you about the things that trouble you most. Friends may offer advice, families worry about you, colleagues may judge your fitness to work. Perhaps what you need to say might sound too "heavy".

That's where it can be helpful to talk to a counsellor, someone experienced who is trained to hear you without judging or giving advice. As a Person Centred Counsellor, I believe everyone has within them the resources to find their own solutions provided they can be truly heard. I offer clients a place to find the right way forward for themselves.

I have been counselling in Buckinghamshire since March 2000 and am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) whose Ethical Framework I abide by. I also offer Person Centred Supervision to groups and individuals and am a tutor at Amersham and Wycombe College.

My counselling practice is in the centre of Chesham, Buckinghamshire on the Amersham side, near the Hertfordshire border. It is within easy reach of Amersham, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead and High Wycombe, and 5 minutes walk from the Metropolitan line station. Situated in the charming old part of Chesham, our listed building unfortunately has no wheelchair access. But do contact me as I may be able to make other arrangements.
